What you are buying. Access to a practice tool with a fixed number of marked answers for the airline module or modules you purchased. A single-airline module includes 20 marked answers for that airline. The all-six pack includes 20 marked answers for each of the six airlines (120 in total); answers for one airline cannot be used on another. An upgrade to all six, where offered to someone who already owns an airline, adds 20 marked answers for each airline they do not yet own, on top of the answers they already have. Each marked answer includes the number of takes at the same question stated for that airline. Access is personal to you and not transferable. Sharing your account consumes your own allowance.

Your account. You need a free account to buy. Purchases are tied to that account and can be used by signing in on any device. Keep your password to yourself.

What this is not. Jumpseat Prep is independent and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or connection to any airline. Airline names are used descriptively to identify which hiring process a module practices for. Nothing here influences any application, and no outcome is promised or implied.

Accuracy. Stage orders, timings and question formats are compiled from published information and candidate reports. Airlines configure their hiring rounds per campaign and change them without notice. Always follow the instructions in your own invitation over anything stated here.

Assessment is a machine judgement. Marking is generated by an AI system following a rubric written by a former crew member. It is a practice aid and an opinion, not a prediction of how any airline will score you.

Fair use. Automated access, scraping the question bank, or reselling any part of this is not permitted and will end your access without a refund.

Refunds. See the refund policy.

Liability. The service is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law. Lithuanian law, without prejudice to the consumer protections of your country of residence.

Who runs this. Jumpseat Prep is operated by Erika, a sole trader registered in Lithuania. Contact: hello@jumpseatprep.com.

Jumpseat Prep is an independent practice tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline. Airline names describe which hiring process each module practices for. Questions are written to match published competency formats and are not actual interview content. Stage timings are configured per hiring round and change between campaigns — always check the instructions in your own invitation.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as merchant of record for all purchases. Marking is generated by an AI system and is a practice aid, not a prediction of any airline's decision.
