About Jumpseat Prep

The jumpseat is the crew seat by the door — the one you're trying to earn.

Jumpseat Prep is run by one person: a former cabin crew member with seven years across three airlines. I flew the job before I built anything about it.

The tool exists because of a gap I kept seeing. Applicants read interview tips endlessly, then record their one video without ever having been marked by anyone. They find out they failed through a form email that never says why. Preparation and assessment are different things, and almost nobody gets the second one until it counts.

What that experience gives this product is the marking, not the questions. Competency questions are public and largely the same everywhere. What is harder to find is someone who has watched candidates fail the same way repeatedly: the hypothetical answer with no real example behind it, the story that never ends, the person who describes their crew instead of themselves. That is what the assessment encodes.

What it does not give you is a shortcut. I have no relationship with any airline and no influence over any application.

I am based in Lithuania and build this alongside a full-time job, which is why the airline list grows slowly rather than all at once.

Jumpseat Prep is an independent practice tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline. Airline names describe which hiring process each module practices for. Questions are written to match published competency formats and are not actual interview content. Stage timings are configured per hiring round and change between campaigns — always check the instructions in your own invitation.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as merchant of record for all purchases. Marking is generated by an AI system and is a practice aid, not a prediction of any airline's decision.
